1. About Press Link

Press Link is a digital platform that allows users to create accounts and publish music press releases and related content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Press Link.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Any information you provide is accurate and up to date

3. User Accounts

When creating an account:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
You must not share your account with others
You must notify us of any unauthorised access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including press releases and images.

However, by submitting content, you grant Press Link a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, publish, and distribute your content on the platform.

You confirm that:

You own or have permission to use all content submitted
Your content does not infringe any intellectual property rights
Your content is not defamatory, unlawful, or misleading

We reserve the right to remove or edit content at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
Distribute spam or malicious software
Use the platform for fraudulent or misleading purposes

6. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Press Link available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

Modify or suspend features
Perform maintenance
Update the platform without notice

7. Third-Party Services

Press Link uses third-party services including Supabase, Vercel, and Resend.

We are not responsible for:

Downtime or failures caused by third-party providers
External services linked from the platform

8. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Press Link or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Press Link shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Content posted by users

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You breach these Terms
We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the platform at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
